Helen Loftus

Principal, Chichester College Group

Helen Loftus has lived and worked in Chichester for 25 years and has spent her entire career at Chichester College. She began in the International Department teaching English and leading marketing and recruitment across Europe, developing strong partnerships in Spain and Italy, before progressing through a range of leadership roles that contributed to the College’s growth and development.

For the past three years, Helen has been Principal of Chichester College, leading an organisation that welcomes around 10,000 students and apprentices each year. Helen is deeply committed to strengthening links between education, local employers and the wider community. She brings to the judging panel a strong belief in the power of collaboration to drive opportunity and prosperity in the region.

Julian is an Executive Leadership Coach and founder of Julian Roberts Consulting, helping leaders and teams develop resilience and thrive under pressure. With 20+ years of corporate leadership experience, he brings psychological insight and practical know-how to his coaching work.

Adrian Moss

Leader, Chichester District Council

Adrian Moss is the leader of Chichester District Council and ward member of Harbour Villages. He represents the Council on the Business Improvement District, Coast to Capital LEP and West Sussex Leaders group. His specific interests for the council include the new regeneration strategy and developing innovative, sustainable business within the district that support the green economy.
 
During Adrian’s working career he was the Sales and International Business Development Director for business software companies.
 
In recent years Adrian ran a business development consultancy helping businesses drive Sales Excellence and develop
Business Strategy.
